NEW YORK – Health was at the forefront of Aaron Boone’s mind as the Yankees’ manager prepared to fill out his first lineup card of the afternoon on Friday, looking to get players their necessary reps ahead of the postseason.  “We’ll get guys what they need from a work standpoint, and hopefully win a game or two along the way,” Boone said. The Yankees know who they’ll be playing, with their American League Wild Card Series showdown against the Red Sox now set to begin on Tuesday.  On an afternoon when CC Sabathia saw his uniform No. 52 formally retired, rookie right-hander Brendan Beck surrendered seven runs in five innings as the Yankees fell to the Orioles, 10-2. Pete Alonso homered twice, claiming the AL lead with 43, and Dylan Beavers launched a grand slam in the rescheduled portion of a single-admission doubleheader necessitated by Saturday’s forecast of inclement weather. The contest also saw Jeremiah Jackson leg out an inside-the-park home run for Baltimore. Amed Rosario had a run-scoring single in the fourth inning off Trevor Rogers, who tossed four innings in his final start of the year.
